PURCHASING Policies

Purchases are non-refundable, however you may exchange up to 72 hours before a performance for a service charge of $5.00 per seat. Any difference in price will be charged accordingly or credited to your account. Exchanges permitted only within the current season.

In these still uncertain times, if a performance needs to be cancelled, patrons should check their email or TES website for updates.  Patrons without email will receive a phone call.  A credit will be placed on your account for the full amount of your purchase to be used at a future performance.  You will be charged the difference if you wish to use that credit for a higher value performance.

Students, 18 and under, must be prepared to show ID if asked.

Prior to purchasing please read Pandemic/Flu season policies below and carefully review your chosen performance and it’s details for correct dates, times, locations and ticket quantity.

PLEASE NOTE: We encourage you to purchase your seats online by midnight of the day prior to the performance date. We encourage you to reserve your seats online at Seat purchase – The Edison Singers.

You will not receive a physical ticket. To be admitted to the performance/event please check-in with the name of the purchaser at the on-site box office to confirm your purchase. Venue opens a half hour prior to the performance start time.

Limited at-door sales. Should you experience difficulties purchasing online, please call 226-384-9300. Various viruses and the COVID-19 pandemic still bring us challenges. We ask that you check our website regularly as we will be updating this page with new information as it becomes available.

Pandemic/Flu Season Policies

The Edison Singers will be guided by Health Canada, Public Health Ontario, Local Public Health guidelines, and implementing all recommendations to protect the health of our audiences, artists, staff, volunteers and community members.

Although attendees are not required to be masked, we strongly suggest that you continue to wear masks and physically distance yourselves, as best as you are able, while in any of our indoor venues. Hand sanitizer is provided at every entrance/exit, and key locations throughout the venue.

We will continue to abide by current government-regulated and venue mandated capacity limits for indoor events.
