My Dear Supporters of the Edison Singers,

I want to extend a personal invitation to you and a friend to come to Elora on Saturday, September 10th at 4 pm (or rain date Sunday, September 11) for an outdoor recital by your choir, The Edison Singers.

The choir will be there to serenade you with great folk songs for 45 minutes followed by a scrumptious barbecue. There will be no burnt hamburgers or rubbery hot dogs but steak, chicken, sausages and barbecued fish with plentiful local salads and the best of mouthwatering Mennonite pies… served on my finest china and crystal from Dollarama.

Please arrive around 4 pm (bring a lawn chair if you can).
The choir will be singing about 4:30. Drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, will be provided.
My singers are keen to sing for all of you who have supported The Edison Singers through so many months
o f disruptions.

There is no price tag to attend the event, but we would really appreciate a donation prior to your departure ( tax deductible).
